EVENT AVAILABILITY

The 6-week exhibit series kicks off 8am Friday, December 1st, 2023 and finishes 10pm Saturday, January 13th, 2024. 

Please indicate if you are available for:

VOLUNTEER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. I agree to work under the guidance and supervision of the Creative District staff.

  2. I agree to adhere to the schedule provided for my volunteer hours.

  3. I will not show up to a rostered shift under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  4. I agree to advise the Creative District staff if I am unable to complete tasks that I have been assigned to. We will be understanding of these requests, just give us as much notice as possible.

  5. I agree to inform my supervisor immediately of any injuries sustained while undertaking volunteering activities.

  6. As a member of the Creative District volunteer team, I will do my best to provide correct information and a positive attitude to all members of the public I deal with throughout the entirety of the event.

  7. I agree to work in a constructive and cooperative way with the Creative District staff & volunteers and comply with any safety procedures as requested.

  8. I understand that if I am unable to complete my allocated shifts, I need to give the Creative District staff 72 hours notice to fill my  shifts.

  9. I understand that I am volunteering my services to the Creative District and will not receive any compensation for my volunteer hours. Community Service hours available, ask your supervisor.
