The A.R. Mitchell is named for Arther Roy Mitchell, a renowned artist focused in western art. Visitors are able to view a vast number of his paintings and other art, as well as early Hispanic traditional and religious art and Native American art. Art works by local artists are available for purchase in the gift shop.
