EVENTS

What arts and culture events do you enjoy? Maybe you love rockin' out to some blues?  Finding inspiration from the power of the spoken word? Capturing vistas with palette and brush? Deconstructing and reconstructing cars into rolling works of art?  Maybe some laughs, or tears, from the local stage?

Check out our events calendar below to see what all we have going on, or, if you have information about an event you'd like to suggest for the calendar, please Contact Us to let us know!

Echoes of History: Saving Trinidad's Past - A Smithsonian Companion Event

3600 E. Main Street, Trinidad - Tri Peak Theater & Event Center

A Film about historic preservation. Come spend a Saturday afternoon with us viewing the premiere screening of Echoes of History; Saving Trinidad's Past.  Grab some snacks at the concession then sit back to enjoy this feature length film as it explores the sights and sounds of the live event held last June in Trinidad. We'll also enjoy  local musicians, hear from Texas Poet Laureate, speaker, author and songwriter Karla Morton as Mother Jones, and learn all about local Landmarking efforts. Free, fun, and family friendly!
