The pandemic has had little to no effect on my creativity or daily work habits, it has however affected my business financially. Beginning in March 2020, my show schedule evaporated like an ice cube on a hot sidewalk; my shows across the country canceled left and right. To date, most have not been rescheduled. My daily commute to work involves walking downstairs to my studio and in the early days of the quarantine, it was business as usual with me working alone at my easel. Being an artist is a lonely profession at best...so working alone was nothing unusual for me.
